What "digital report" actually means

One note on "licensed"
California does not license home inspectors at the state level. Business and Professions Code Chapter 9.3 sets a duty of care and bars certain conflicts of interest, but there is no state license number to look up. So judge inspectors on certification, on how many houses they've actually been through, and on the report itself. Any inspector should be willing to show you a sample report before you book.
